i lived more than 40 years at a house with 14 decimal free area,can i buy the property in low cost as per market price.
living for 40 years does not help till the landlord is willing to sell the property then yes you can buy the property. it is upto the landlord to sell it on low cost or price by him the property in low cost as per market price.
