Tenant is irregular in paying rents can I evict him

01-Jul-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My new tenant of 4 months is highly irregular in rent payments and has paid only 2 months rent to date (direct cash deposit in my bank account) after continued followup. What recourse is available to me to enforce timely payment ? Since my registered lease agreement is for 22 months can I easily evict him prior to the end of this period? Is it okay to accept monthly rent payment in cash ?

u can issued a legal notice though counsel. for eviction, recover of possession, arrears of rent and mense profit. as per agreement ur tenant is not pay rent regularly means he is defaulter, therefore he committed breach of agreement. after issued notice u r waiting 90 days. thereafter file a Civil suit. as per the provision rent control act.
