Still receiving receipt in grandfather's name want to change the name

We live in pagadi rented flat. We get the rent receipt in name of my grand fathers. But she passed away few years back and landlord is still giving us the rent receipt in his name. what should I do to get the receipt in our name, who are staying for 30 years, pls advise.
You have not provided location so assuming the tenanted flat is in Maharashtra you would have to approach a rent control lawyer to initiate transmission of tenancy right in accordance with Section 31(2) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act.
