Opposite party filed case after 15 months is it valid

already in feb 2015 i vacated my shop.in trial court judge directed to file seperate application for mense profits appellant court and high courts were also silent in this regard. That time she didnt file any case but now after 15 months she filed a case. can she ? what i have to do now.
what case has she filed. you need to check whether the case filed within the limitation period i.e. from the date of orders. if she has then you need to wait for the notice and appear in the court as per the date mentioned in the orders/ summons. then you may have to file the reply/ Written statement etc in the matter through a lawyer
