Not vacate suit possession infact they move from 1st floor to 2 floor

Petitioners did not vacate the suit possession as per Suprem Court Order.they did contempt of court and they did not pay arrers of rent as Suprem Court Gave time to pay amt.as on 31.03.2016. Petitioners took his household item shifted from Ist floor to second floor of Respondent house. they brock all the locks of 2nd floor & put household items.Respondent made tresspass FIR againts Petitioners.we are in troble please give us bestest suggastion that what we will do.they submitted another application for increase the time to stay in 1st floor hearing date is 25.3.16 in supr.court please reply

You can file an application in the Supreme Court for contempt of court and the opposite party will be punished according to section 12 of Contempt of court act for not obeying with the order passed by the Supreme Court.
