Not submitted eviction notice in the court will this effect my case
21-Apr-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I transfered my eviction suit from previous advocate due to his misconduct.At the time of documents handed over he intentionaly kept unclaimed/undelivered EVICTON NOTICE due to my ignorancy. What will be happen if original eviction notice not shown in the court at the time of PH.Any law save me from this situation? Kindly send me any case reference in this issue.Thanking you.
You would require the eviction notice to furnish before the Hon'ble Court. However even if you don't have notice, then mention the below mentioned facts before court
