Mother staying in a rented house since many years can she win the case

My mother age 74 years living alone in rental house in kalyan city. House owner filed case for possession of the room since last 13 years. the owners was lost in case in lower court and now moved in apex court. Can my mother get relief being sr. citizen and unable to attend the court.? My mother has paid rent in the court .
An application can be presented before the court seeking permission from the court that your mother being a Sr. Citizen aged 74 years, should be exempted from appearing before the court.
