Can lanlord and tenant do 11 month unregistered lease agreement on 100 Rs stamp paper under UTTAR PRADESH REGULATION OF URBAN PREMISES TENANCY ACT, 2021 ? Is it legally valid?

yes it is legally valid, people usually prefer an 11 month lease to avoid registration. If you lease for 12 months or more then you have to pay registration fees because registration of such instrument is mandatory

yes you can you can register lease deed 11 months possible utter pradesh so you have to go to the court to do the work for notary 11 month ok. it is to see so it's legally valid to se and see how long it takes it is legally valid

in the view of law it is part of your Evidence Act so you can made a agreement between both of you it is not well but when the dispute between both of you Raise out that stamp is valid because it is part of a evidence make insure but before this I would like to suggest you kindly registered a valid agreement between land owner and tenance for both of you you can easily between both part of evidence and that is also consider by the concern core which is applicable in additional district magistrate court under the urban act which is newly Uttar Pradesh 2021
