Lease expired on 30 April 2026 . Tenant didn't vacate nor lease renewe

How to proceed since I didn't send any notice to tenant so far and neither lease has been renewed. Shall I send notice myself or through lawyer. How much likely to cost if need arises for eviction proceedings.

first give legal notice to vacate and after that file a case in court under rent control and if you want to continue the tenant then raise a contract with increasing rent, or if you want to remove tenant first and foremost give legal notice through advocate and the cost of filing case with legal notice depend on state and various lawyers fees structure
