Landlord threatening to cause me physical harm. What action possible?

I want to know how i can get my money back from a landowner as a tenant after I was not provided with the facilities which were agreed upon. Also, what action am I to take if the landowner is threatening to cause me physical harm if i don't vacate the premises before my contract expires?
We suggest you should file a police complaint for causing physical harm to you.
Further you can also file an application before the Rent control authoutity.
