Landlord sold flat to me and multiple people what can I do

my wife took flat on rent in 2005,in2007 my owner come to sale the flat tome forRs 7 lack out of which i have paid rs 4 lack in cash various dates in nov 2007 making sure that deed will done in a week of time, but they postponed and upscanded in 2010 He sold the flat to someone for Rs12 lack iand when he came to know some deal is done he sold the same flat to someone for Rs 14 lack in 2012 ,now the last perches er filed the case in 2013 which was not attend by him and again in 2014 he filed the case,in JMFC saying some Tech prob,till case is running their is no agreement
