Landlord refusing to take rent

10-May-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Since we bought Additional House and now stay partly over there and for few weeks of month over the old house which is under landlord system... Lately My Landlord is refusing to take rent since last 3 months and is asking us to vacate on grounds that we are not staying there... We have regular light bills,Gas bills, Ration card and all documents in place. Just wanted to know what can we do now?

This would depend entirely on the lease agreement (or any other contract or document) that you have executed with your landlord. If according to the rent agreement the landlord can evict a tenant by giving a notice then he can do so.
