landlord refuse to accept rent paid rent in the court what to do

I am staying under pagadi system room,landlord has not enter into agreement with me,I have paid all money to him,elecricity bill nd ration card is un my name bulilg is under dispute so we have to pay rent in court,rent recepit is in the name of old tentnt and based on tht landlord son want me to vacant place..bt I have paid the money for tht so now I want to paid rent pls suggest.
The present laws are infavour of land lord. The law says its his land n if he wants for his need the tenant has to vacate it.. at the most, you get only some time if you contest the matter in the court.. cant predict the exact time as it differ from case to case.
