landlord not retuning agreement money what to do

PANDEY Landlord tell me you will get 24 hours water but not getting the same, he is telling now when coverry water cross store the water and use. I want leave house but he said when new tenant come then I will give back the advert. what to do now?

is there a written agreement between you and your landlord. there should be clause in which it says that in case you need to leave the flat then you the amount is to be paid accordingly. in case he does not pay you may file a complaint along with recovery suit.
