Landlord giving notice for eviction how can I get my security amount

31-May-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
we signed 2 year lease with a broker and he started showing flats to others within 6 months (just after lockin), got to know they were trying to sell but rented as they couldnt find buyer from long. we supported them in this as they assured 2 month notice period verbally, but now they feel they are not able to sell so served us with one month notice. We heard now they dont give back full deposit to tenants , what all legal action we can take to ensure full deposit. any legal underwriting etc

You can file a recovery suit against the landlord by filing the agreement along with it stating that the security deposit which you have deposited to the landlord, the landlord is not giving you back. The landlord has no right to withhold your security deposit. you have every right to take your security deposit from the landlord.
