Landlord defaming me and making false allegation so cant get passport

Dear Sir, I am living in aries aprtment since 2012. I have applied passport in December,2015. I clearly conveyed my intentions to land lady and broker. They didn't rasie any objection untill in police verification police department ask me to submitt NOC from housing society. Initially my landlord agreed to it but later she refused to comply nad send me a notice to vacate house. She is harassing me with false allegations and threatening me to defame. Please tell me what to do in such situation.
If you have been duly served with a notice in terms of the lease or rent agreement, then you will be required to vacate the premises in terms of the lease. However, if the lease is being terminated illegally, you may file for an injunction before the court which will prevent the land lady from evicting you from the premises. Further, you can also file a complaint with the local police station. If she has filed complaints against you, then you may approach the sessions court for anticipatory bail.
