jurisdiction over monetary dispute between licensor and licencee

live license agreement is duly registered in mumbai and stamp duty paid, both parties are from mumbai and property is also in mumbai - can licensee file the lawsuit in any other state ? can advocate in chennai can file a law suit in mumbai ? is there any court fee to be paid for filing law suit in mumbai ? and any co-relation to amount of claim ? remarks: no clause as to jurisdiction in live license agreement

If there is no clause of jurisdiction in the agreement which is generally written at the time of dispute. Now the point comes where the cause of action arose as the property is registered and situated in Mumbai then the suit is to be filed in Mumbai only until and unless there is any other cause of action which arose outside Mumbai. Yes an advocate in chennai can file a suit in Mumbai
