Issue with pagdi house tenants staying upstairs not responding
09-Apr-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
We are facing an issue with leakage in our pagdi system flat. The issue is caused because the upstairs tenants are unresponsive when requested to fix the issue. While the leakage is causing definite damage to our installations and decor its not just cosmetic and is creating an issue living there.
You can send a legal notice to get the issue fixed and you can also claim for damages. If the issue is not resolved then you can approach the court and get the decree against the other party to get the issue repaired and also claim for damages from the other flat owner.
