Illegal use of my Security Deposit for flat maintenance Refund not cre

pending security deposit refund.
The refundable balance is INR 19,784 but only INR 12,000 has been transferred through your broker without any prior discussion or proper explanation of deductions, that too after 15 days I handed over the keys. I did not cause any damage to the flat apart from normal wear and tear. No invoices, GST bills, or valid justification for these deductions have been shared.

You may issue a legal notice seeking refund of the balance security deposit with deduction details and supporting bills/invoices. Unjustified deductions can be challenged before the competent court as per the concerned provisions of law.
