How to include new occupant in the lease agreement

Have leased my flat to 2 boys for one year one of the boy is going abroad just within 4 of the execution of lease agreement but he will replacing himself with some of his colleague who will be staying in the flat and abide by the termed and condition of the agreement the agreement is registered and police verification conducted for the these 2 boys. please advise who do i incorporate the name of this NEW occupant in the existing agreement and make him a responsible party to the lease agreement.
As per your query, you can make amendments to the lease agreement and get it registered again after adding the new tenant as a party to the agreement.
