How to get the room vacated by tenants

We have given a room of our house to SBH ATM on rental basis. The agreement is for 15 years. Till now 5 years completed.We are facing a lot of problems due to ATM. Now we don't want ATM to be in our house. Is to possible to break the agreement and to get the room vacated by them.
We recommend you send a legal notice of eviction to your tenants giving them a notice period of at least a month or as per the time period stipulated in your rent agreement asking them to hand over peaceful possession of your property.
In case they do not hand over vacant and peaceful possession of your premises on the expiry of the stipulated time, you can file a petition eviction before the Rent Controller.
