How to evict tenant from property

We have tenant 25years old. Tenant is not using property since last two years..No agreement or contract was done. Neither any signature was done on any legal documents..Now as we want my property back he is not vacating. What should be done?
Dear sir
In case there is no legal/ rent agreement between you and your tenant this does not mean that they own the said property. They are supposed to evict when and so asked by the landlord. In such case you may send them a legal notice for eviction failing which you shall file an eviction suit in the court along with a criminal case against him.
