Got unfavourable verdict from HC how to appeal in SC

12-Mar-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)

In a land property dispute case between land lord and occupier my friend(land lord) got an unfavorable verdict from High court. In last November 2015 his lawyer at supreme court sent him a one line message that his case was not accepted by court. After a laps of approximately four months he would like to know still is there any way for filing new case . Still my friend believes that many of his facts were not presented by his lawyer at High court.

The last option left with you is to file a Curative petition. A curative petition may be filed after a review plea against the final conviction is dismissed. It is meant to ensure there is no miscarriage of justice, and to prevent abuse of process. A curative petition is usually decided by judges in chamber, unless a specific request for an open-court hearing is allowed.
