Facing a law suit having a rented shop for last 45 years can I appeal

being 65 year old having a rented shop for last 45 years facing a law suite by land lord using TP ACT against me from 9 years. case is in last stage in adj court, what is the future in making a appeal
sir it will be advised you when you tell us about the grounds on which landlord file suit for eviction and also you wait for final judgement of the ADJ it may be in your favour after final arguements.
