Does legal heir have rights on the rented property

tenant of a shop has no agreement with shop owner . but tenant has been giving rent to owner.after the death of the tenant . can tenant's wife be right to staying the shop life long. can the shop owner drive out the tenant's wife. or house owner can eviction case. it is in birbhum district. please advice me.

This would depend entirely on the lease agreement (or any other contract or document) that you have executed with your landlord. One would need to have it examined by a professional to draw a proper conclusion. It is doubtful that your right to tenancy would depend on when your husband passed away. What are the terms of the lease and had you and your husband signed the lease jointly?
