Court considering NEFT payment as a major proof

Long back my grandfather had taken amount from a person at Rs 3 interest. Now after final discussions the court issued notice to pay other wise the owner is ready to auction our property with the documents he have. Now we are ready to pay the amount through NEFT. If he does not give us the documents can we use this transaction as a proof to file a case in the court.
Transferring the amount through NEFT is good. Ensure that you are sending amount to right person. I mean the party name must be same . Not his kit and kin accounts. This to avoid further complications in future. Involve a lawyer as middle ma.

As you said that court has ordered so what was the complete order as per that you have to follow or you have to challenge if not satisfied. Court would have surely mentioned about returning of documents to you. However neft, cheque, demand draft is also OK

NEFT payment receipt is sufficient proof for the payment of amount , Original NEFT receipt has to be file before the court on the date hearing of your matter.
