Complaint against landlord for locking the house with all properties.

Last 3 months problems between me and house owner. Last month owner locked my house with properties, cash, jewels and vehicle. I filled a complaint against house owners writtenly, no action. Then sent a complaint letter by post no reaction. So, what can I do now?
You can file a case of temporary injunction and a suit for vacation of your property as per the agreement, you can also File a criminal complaint against your landlord for misappropriation and criminal breach of trust under the Indian Penal Code.
