Cancellation of Sale MOU before sale deed

Hi, Need a help, I have signed a MOU (not registered) wheresin we agreed ti sale a property and the buyer shall pay 20L by own contributuion and 15L by loan within 60Days. While no cancellation clauses are mentioned in MOU. On verbal communicaiton, we agreed that the buyer will pay 15L below 10th Feb 25 and then we can process for sale deed. Buyer was unbale to fulfill this condition and only 9L was rcvd til 3rd March 25 (in between this 9 lakh also there was delay in payment and also 1 cheque o

Well, I need to go through the clauses of MOU, then, appropriate Legal Advice can be given to you, after legally assessing such executed MOU. If the buyer has done any kind of Breach of Contract, then, he will be punished as per the law.
