Can rent be submitted in installments

Sir , my father was doing business on a rented shop after some years the landlord has sold that house and shop to the another person then that person stop taking rent from us then we started deposit in court upto 2004 we hav submitted the rent then we stop submitting it mean while the caae was continued in cout and in 2011 we got the judgment in our favour as landlord never attend the court proceedings nd in 2012 I lost my father afafter him I was continuing the shop. Now I want to submit the rent in court can I submit it in installments or I hav to submit it completely. Plz help me
