I retired from my service & I want my residential flat for rent to my neighbor,s friend & she wants to prepare lunch & supply for offices is it advisable for renting As soy has no objection
Any rental agreement to use the property for any unlawful purposes is not allowed. Apart from that there is a restriction to carry out commercial activities from a residential property. But in your case there shall be no problem as you are using the flat to cook food.
