Can a security guard claim occupancy in Coop Housing Society having stayed in the premises for 10 years in the meter room and cookig food in the open areas and using common Toilet provided by Society for staff members

With reference to your query,security guard has right for occupancy till he is in job of that society,as soon as he resign,his rights terminate and if he die during his job,his legal heirs have to vacate the room.

No he cant he is a worker and not a tenant he was put in possession of property as security guard n he was not charged for the same so he can't jump in the shoes of tenant so have to file law suit in civil court for recovery of possession of the room allotted to him
