OP borrowed huge amount from tenant depositing original documents. Tenant threatens he could not be evicted for 100 years. OP think to move supreme court if appeal decided to me?

If the appeal is decided in your favour then the court shall give the opposite party time to leave the said premises. In case of failure to do the same. You can file a contempt petition in the same court. Yes the Opposite party has the right and liberty to file an appeal in the Supreme court against the decision of the Hon'ble High Court
