40 yrs staying in house paying tax and sale deed in others name

if a persons stays for more than 40 years paying tax in his tanents name without agreement with land lord. Tax slip, water slip, and city utara in tenents name. survey utara in karnataka housing boards name. sale deed in landlords name which is not with landlord then what is the final judgment for tanent

You could defend your possession of the property by setting up a defence of adverse possession. If your landlord is forcefully trying to evict you then you may file for a suit claiming the property and further file for an injunction to operate in the meantime.
This will ensure that you are not asked to leave while the dispute is being decided.
