Writ petition for nonsense suspension order

मुझे blo का कार्य दिया गया था में एक pgt अध्यापक हूं एक पुरा परिवार अपना वोट में बताया गया पता बेचकर पड़ोसी गांव में खेत में घर बनाकर रहने लगा SIR में उसका पुराना पता जांच में किसी और के पास मिला नया पता भी दुसरे गांव के राजस्व रकबा में है मेने यह रिपोर्ट लिख दी की स्थाई स्थानांतरण करके मेरे बूथ क्षेत्र से बाहर पड़ोसी गांव में चला गया है जिसके कारण मुझे वोट काटने की झुठी रिपोर्ट करने का कारण बताकर सस्पेंड कर दिया है। जबकि में सस्पेंड करने के आदेश से तीन दिन पहले किसी दूसरे BLO को चार्ज सोप चुका

आप पहले यह बताइए कि आप BLO के रूप में कब नियुक्त थे, किस दिन क्या घटना हुई और किन परिस्थितियों में आपके विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की गई। आपने जो Suspension Order प्राप्त किया है, उसकी कॉपी भी देखना आवश्यक होगा, क्योंकि संभव है कि उसमें दी गई कार्रवाई या उसके आधार को सही तरीके से समझना जरूरी हो।
