As per the facts stated, you may have grounds to explore a consumer complaint against Tata Motors for repeated unresolved defects, inconvenience, and possible deficiency in service. Q: Inter Religion and different Nationality Marriage

Can a muslim girl of Syrian nationality and a hindu boy of Indian nationality legally get married under Special Marriage Act, 1954 (SMA) in Indian court?

Advocate Sanrit Lala answered
The marriage between a Muslim girl of Syrian nationality and a Hindu boy of Indian nationality may be legally solemnised in India under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 (SMA), subject to fulfilment of the statutory requirements and applicable rules concerning foreign nationals.Under Section 4 of the SMA, the parties must satisfy the prescribed conditions, including that neither party has a living spouse, both possess the requisite mental capacity to give valid consent, and the male has completed 21 years and the female 18 years of age. The parties must also comply with the applicable conditions regarding prohibited relationships.Since the girl is a Syrian national, her lawful presence and residence in India, valid passport and other relevant documents, as well as any applicable requirements concerning her marital status and eligibility to marry, must be verified. The Marriage Officer may require proof of nationality, age, residence and marital status in accordance with the applicable law and procedure. The parties should approach the competent Marriage Officer and follow the procedure prescribed under Sections 5 to 13 of the Act, including notice of intended marriage, the statutory notice period, and solemnisation in the presence of three witnesses. The requirements of the Act and applicable rules must be complied with before the marriage can be registered.

Q: Challan not filled by police and adding the section

Dear Respected Sir, in my case i was arrested and serve judicial custody obtained the bail. i was accused of fraud charges, where payment reflected in my account instead of complainant account via third party. in this case challan not filled and police threating for press release and adding other charges in the FIR. i would like to know weather in such case my bail can be cancelled on the basis of new charges adding in the FIR challan.

Advocate Sanrit Lala answered
The mere fact that the alleged payment was credited into your account, instead of the complainant’s account, would not by itself conclusively establish the commission of an offence by you. During investigation, the police may collect further material and, if additional evidence discloses other offences, a further/supplementary report may be submitted before the Court.

Q: Regarding Regularization Policy 2014

I am posted as a Data Entry Operator in HVPNL through Hartron Workstation Gurugram in a Government Department. However, the department did not regularise my services according to the 2014 regularisation policy. The department states that they had filed a case in the High Court, the decision for which came in May 2026. In its decision, the Court wrote - Needless to say, if case of the petitioners is considered favourably, they would be entitled to the same relief as has been extended to the pe

Advocate Sanrit Lala answered
The issue appears to involve the applicability of the 2014 regularisation policy and the effect of the judgment referred to by you. The exact legal position would depend upon the facts of your appointment, nature and continuity of service, applicable policy conditions, and the judgment in question.
