is employer can terminate employee without any prior notice, in appointment latter they either of the parties has to serve the prior 3 months notice but they gave me one month payable notice and saying me it is settled.
employer cannot term without fire notice it is totally illegal they must give a notice and there is a three months period as per by love Softy company so day don't have any right to terminate you and the notice period at I have to give you 3 months time nctc legal opportunity given to me I will show legal notice to them

hi if they had terminated you without giving notice then you could send them legal notice asking them to pay thje salary anf need to see terms and conditions of your offer letter and then you could proceed accordingly
