What to do regarding counter supportive documenting EWS CASE mentioned

The lady is employed as a TGT in Directorate of Education Delhi.On scrutiny of documents,her EWS certificate was found to be published on 23 Feb 2021 which is before the end of financial year whereas it should be after the closing of financial year.This has become a point of contention and objection in Directorate of Education Delhi,putting her job on risk. 100 of candidate has been challenged by dept. After completion of 2years service
If department has neglected the certificate publication and the employment has continued for two years. Then the department can not take benefit of its own wrong. The said loop deem to be condoned and we can challenge the issue in High Court if needed. For better advice feel free to contact.
