Verbal notice period and termination

Can a company give verbal notice period and terminate me without any compensation appointment latter says 3 months notice either side?

How may years u r working in the company? If less than 6 months than they can terminate u without given any reason. If they given u verbal appointment than they can verbal terminate u. If written appointment than written letter to terminate u

Explanation to your question -
No company has the right to hire and fire anyone on the whims and fancies of their own. To tackle these menace only laws were framed in relation to employment and rights were insured to many.
So if you have been fired in this fashion then take note of the fact that you need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the verbal agreement and if they refuse to honour the same then you can drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction for the same.

Yes first of all there will be a notice of 3 years they can’t chuck and all they will have to give u a notice where u have a rite to ask them why have they done this why was there no notice and all given to u and all u have a right to ask them and file a complain
