Unlawful Revision of Notice Period

Mujhe bhi bilkul aisa hi hua! Meri company Corpgen Services ne meri notice period 1 mahine se badhakar 2 mahine kar di — bina meri marzi ke. Maine us revision letter pe sign bhi nahi kiya tha. Mera original offer letter clearly 1 mahine ki notice period kehta hai. Jab maine request ki toh unhone 'business requirements' bolke mana kar diya. Mujhe kya krna chahiye ab please help me .
If your original appointment/offer letter clearly states a 1-month notice period and you never signed or accepted the revision letter increasing it to 2 months, the company cannot automatically impose the revised condition without your consent. Keep copies of your offer letter, the revision letter, emails, and all communication with HR. Send a written email to the company stating that you did not agree to the revised notice period and that the original contractual terms should continue to apply. If the company still insists on enforcing the 2-month notice period, you may file a complaint before the Labour Inspector/Labour Commissioner and seek appropriate relief based on your employment contract.

if your not signature on revision letter your notice period is one months if without your permission employer change offer letter you can take legal action and file civil and criminal case in court under provsion CPC and BNSS and as well as beach of aggreement
