Q: Regarding Google account banned and casm case

My Google account has been recently blockeed permanelty due to casm or child porn found in it .it was shared to me by one of my friends and it was stored in my google photos but after some time i deleted it but recelty i see all of them (10-12) in my bin then i restored them from google photos to my device and shared it with one of my friends due to which my acount has been blocked . is google is going to give all the data to cyber crime and then a fir is registered on me .what can i expect.

Q: 2nd part of Retention not paid

if my company has written in retention contract that i'll get my 2nd retention installment for 30,000 on 31 december,2025 and they did not credit it. I have already sent 2 formal email, however, Hr just replied"due to exergencies, its delayed", without a date of assurance of arrival. I have emi's for 10,000 + 3,800 + 38000, which I initially took care of by lending from parents. I wish to know How much compensation can I demand for in total? And how much would it cost me?

Q: Illegal recovery of retrospective interest due to bank system error

I am a farmer holding a KCC loan account. After enhancement of loan limit and change of scheme, the applicable interest rate was not updated due to bank’s internal/system error. I regularly paid interest and there was no default from my side. Later, the bank suddenly recovered a large amount of retrospective interest for past years in one lump sum, even charging a higher rate. My complaint was rejected at nodal level. Is such recovery legal and what remedy is available?

Q: In Divorce proceeding will it be good to call 498a IO for cross examin

I filed contested divorce. wife wants to put document of 498a fir against the husband , I want to call IO for cross examination in my 498a case charges are not yet framed will it be good to call 498a io from cross examination in Divorce proceedings ?- as none of the incident is from Delhi state and without investigation he submitted report- io did not take central govt permission for incident outside UK under CrPC 188it will bring in divorce proceeding her 498a proceedings are vague

Q: Loan scam by a app,and blackmailing even after paid the whole amount

My husband took a loan from a app.but after repayment of that loan they disbursed loan without request and do this process again 3-4 times without any permission.they even threatened and blackmailing my husband.how can we get out from this situation,after that he had stop credit facility in his bank account.
