I served in North East region for more than 3years 6 months at Agartala and dimapur. Even after complision of my tenuar of two years I have been transfered from NER at own interest and my place of choice is not considered.
Well, you are abide by the cadre and recruitment rules of the company. You can't go against your company policy. Please go through the terms and conditions of your offer letter in this issue , if you are permitted to question this as per the rules then definitely you can take legal action and I will assist
