Termination on the spot for not communicating because it's a lala comp

I woke up late and told that i am going for a meeting, which didn't happen but my manager got to know that I lied and they terminated me on the spot

You may challenge the termination if due process under your employment terms or labour laws was not followed. However, admitting dishonesty may weaken your case. Share your appointment letter and termination letter for legal advice.

If you were terminated solely for this incident, you may review your employment contract and company policies to see whether due process was followed. Consult an lawyer to assess whether the termination was legally justified.
