Terminated based on Colleagues complaint

I was terminated based on an enquiry conducted by a lawyer firm on a complaint given by my reportee for being rude and on grounds of work related harassment. I feel that the action is too harsh. Can we contest the case?
May I know where you were working and since how many days you were working there and what is the probation period ? Why they found you rude and what did you do in the organization let me know for your further assistance
