Taking government Job of Peon after his father death based on Fake Doc

A person has taken a peon's job after his father working as peon died in a government bank. The 8th pass certificates submitted by the person is fake and now an enquiry is going on. The teacher who made the fake certificates is already being expelled by the education department. I am looking for below question
- What will happen to the person who took peon job after his father died in the bank based on those fake educational certificates.
- what can be consequences to the person

There is a provision of punishment for forgery under section 465 of the Indian Penal Code.
