Suspension order technical fact check and writ petition chance to safe

I am relieved from BLO duty of Election department on 27 th August 2026 . Joined the parent school as my original post as PGT mathematics. Now after 4 days on 3rd sept 2026 District election officer suspended him by using his power to suspend BLO. But I am not a BLO on the date of suspension.
