Student of DNB PG course and had requested my institute for refund

My training institute has not refunded my two year of hostel fees as I was staying outside and as per the law institute has to return the fees if not provided hostel. The institute has also not given stipend of month August and had not returned GST amount on annual fees as per court order for it.
