Signed bond with a company how can I leave the job

hi, i have signed a 1 year bond with newly established IT company (started January 2016). Now I am getting some issues. 1. They are pushing us to work for extra hours daily. 2. They dont have much projects. 3. they are not giving saturdays off as they said. please help me ASAP. i have scanned copy of clauses of bond.

Opinion:
bonds are illegal as per Section 27 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. So Dont worry. leave your job and go wherever you want to. in case they file a case against you, you need to defend the same for winning .
