Salary hold & I left the company because of hold salary not responding

Hold salary & when I asked reason then he told me to complete a task and I give 5 days to complete then after that I asked for salary then he give me another task then I decided to left the company, now I calling him but not giving any response, we are 2 person with whom he did the same.
