i have been worked as scale II officer in psu(union bank of india) from 2015 to 2022 june up on technical resignation i have joined central government job scientist B where i would like to add my service since because pay fixation one order came but my basic is less than here there since i am differently abled lady more than 90% i worked hard for the nation and after coming here i realized promotion is so difficult bcz of discrimination thought of higher officials who intentionally give less
hi first need to see the copy of the appointment letter issued to you and the salary fixation and other terms and conditions amd if they are denying you promotion then you could write to higher authorities
