Regarding resignation and my company forcing me to pay next 2months sa

Hello, I have only worked at my last company for a month and a week and I had to leave because I was late one day(which I did inform my seniors about it) and they decided to deduct my one week salary and 3months of increment, after taking about this to my boss, he gave me a choice either keep work or leave in a very threatening way. Before I left my boss told me I had to pay next 2 months of salary if I do it, before I even reached home they gave me a notice about the payment, please help
